1Overview

GrowthLenz CRM is a comprehensive Customer Relationship Management tool designed to help your team track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales performance efficiently.

3How To Use

Managing Leads

  1. Navigate to the Leads page from the sidebar.
  2. Click + New Lead to add a prospect.
  3. Use the Filters button to narrow down lists by Stage (e.g., "Qualified") or Temperature ("Hot").
  4. Click the three dots (⋮) on a card to Edit, Delete, or Assign the lead.

Logging Activities

  1. Go to the Activities page or click "Activity" on a lead card.
  2. Select activity type: Call, Meeting, Email, or Proposal.
  3. Enter notes and set a Follow-up Date for reminders.

Viewing Reports

  1. Check the Reports page for visual insights.
  2. Review "Leads by Stage" to spot bottlenecks.
  3. Use the Refresh button to get the latest live data.

Bulk User Import

Administrators can onboard entire teams in seconds using our smart Excel import feature, which handles role mapping (e.g., 'Sales' to 'SALES_EXECUTIVE') and prevents duplicates.

  1. Navigate to Team Members.
  2. Click the Format button to download the standardized Excel template.
  3. Fill in details. Use common terms for roles; our system automates the technical mapping.
  4. Click Bulk Import and select your file. The system will skip duplicates automatically.

Password Recovery (OTP)

If a user forgets their password, they can trigger a secure recovery flow powered by Brevo SMTP.

  1. Click Forgot Password on the login page.
  2. Enter the registered email address.
  3. Enter the 6-digit OTP received in the styled HTML email.
  4. Set a new password to restore access instantly.

4User Roles & Data Visibility

Aministrator & Sales HeadTop-level access. Can view and manage all company data, including all regions, teams, and individual users.
Regional ManagerCan view data only within their assigned region. Monitors Area Managers and Executives under them.
Area ManagerRestricted to their assigned team. Can view leads and activities of all team members.
Sales ExecutiveCan only view their own assigned leads and activities. Cannot see data from other team members.
